Your confirmation email will include next steps and a link to upload your reference image(s). Please feel free to send as many photos as you’d like. If you are unsure of what to send or have any issues, please contact me and I will respond as soon as possible.

Painting completion time varies depending on medium, size, and time of year (i.e. holiday rush). Digital portraits are typically completed in 2-4 weeks, while a painted portrait is 6-8 weeks. If there is a specific date you need your artwork completed by, please email me at me@kelseykilcrease.com and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
